My Mum’s been struggling with the stairs in her terraced house for the last couple of years due to chronic arthritis and just recently my Dad’s been in hospital with Cellulitis. The stairs in their house are horrendously steep and I was really beginning to worry about their safety and general well-being.

I was convinced their only option was to move home, which is a trial at any age, let alone at nearly 80 years old, but thanks to the wonderful team at Castle Comfort they can continue to live in a house they’ve owned since 1966.

It’s rare to find a company that shows such a genuine level of concern and care for their customers and I can’t thank Keith, Anne or Mike (who actually installed the lift) enough for everything they’ve managed to do for my parents.
